Fulfillment times
Every ZipperBuddy is handmade in Massachusetts. Because of that, orders require a fulfillment period before they ship — please keep this in mind when placing your order.
We do our best to ship within 2 business days of your order being ready, but please allow:
Standard orders: up to 5 business days to fulfill before shipping.
Custom orders: 10–15 business days to fulfill before shipping, depending on complexity.
Shipping options
We ship within the United States only. At checkout, you'll be able to choose your preferred shipping method and carrier. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your selection.
Carrier delays
Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Lost or missing packages
If your package appears lost or hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after your estimated delivery date, please reach out to us at support@zipperbuddy.com and we'll do our best to help you sort it out.
