Every ZipperBuddy is handmade with care, and we stand behind our work. If your ZipperBuddy arrives defective or stops working due to a manufacturing issue within 60 days of purchase, we'll replace it or issue a full refund — no hassle, no runaround.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

To submit a warranty claim, reach out to us at support@zipperbuddy.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll take it from there.
