Welcome to ZipperBuddy! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ZipperBuddy Corporation. We operate this store and website to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). ZipperBuddy is powered by Shopify.

Every ZipperBuddy is handmade with care, and we work hard to represent our products accurately. That said, colors and appearance can look different depending on your screen, device settings, and display configuration — so what you see may vary slightly from what arrives.
We don't guarantee that the appearance or quality of any product will match your expectations exactly, but we do stand behind our work. If something isn't right, please reach out.
Product descriptions are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person or region.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order isn't confirmed until we accept it and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting — we may not be able to accommodate cancellations once an order is accepted.
If we can't accept, change, or need to cancel your order, we'll reach out via the email, billing address, or phone number you provided.
All returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price you're charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order, confirmed in your order email. Unless stated otherwise, prices don't include taxes, shipping, or handling.

ZipperBuddy's names, logos, and slogans are our trademarks and may not be used without written permission. Shopify's trademarks belong to Shopify.

ZipperBuddy is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with ZipperBuddy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and ZipperBuddy, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with ZipperBuddy.

All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. Some information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you confirm you've read both.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes information about your use of the Services. Information you submit may be shared with Shopify and third parties in other countries in order to provide services to you. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
