We want every ZipperBuddy to work for you — and we mean that. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. Here's how it works.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return — no guilt, no runaround.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, reach out to us at support@zipperbuddy.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please don't send anything back without checking in first — unrequested returns can't be accepted.

Please note: We currently only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States.

Custom ZipperBuddys

Every custom ZipperBuddy is made specifically for you — your zipper, your garment, your life. Because of that, we're unable to accept returns on custom orders. We hope you understand, and we promise if something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right.

Compatibility issues

We know that those tiny letters on a zipper pull can be tricky — as zipper experts, we want to make sure your ZipperBuddy is a perfect match. If something isn't fitting right, reach out and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Damages and issues

Please give your order a once-over when it arrives. If something arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your order, let us know right away and we'll figure it out together. If the mistake was ours, we'll cover return shipping.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are final sale. If you have questions about a specific item before purchasing, we're always happy to help — just reach out before you buy.

Exchanges

We can process an exchange for you directly — just reach out to us at support@zipperbuddy.com and we'll take care of it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks sometimes take a little extra time on their end — totally normal.

If 15 business days have passed since your approval and you still haven't seen it, drop us a line at support@zipperbuddy.com.
